As we looked at the neat corner space of our newly-leased soon-to-be restaurant, wondering what we could use if for, Christie said, "This would be a good spot for a bakery."
After several months of remodeling and many hours in the kitchen testing and creating recipes, Leaven Bakery & Patisserie was born.

We offer a wide variety of baked goods. We're gaining a reputation for our outstanding cinnamon rolls, croissants, pain au chocolat and artisan sourdough breads. All of our products are made fresh daily in house and are available for purchase in store.

For years we heard people say "Deer Park could really use a bakery."
We agreed, but wanted to give the community more than they expected; not just a bakery good enough for Deer Park, but something that elevated the community and felt more like a real European bakery in selection and quality, a bakery that the Deer Park community and region could be proud of.
